Tata Starbucks, a 50:50 joint venture between Tata Global Beverages (TGBL) and US-based Starbucks Coffee, is planning to roll out 10 new stores in the next two months. The premium coffee chain, which currently operates 136 outlets in India, has received good customer response, TGBL Group CFO L Krishnakumar said. Tata-Starbucks has recently started food delivery through online food aggregator apps like Swiggy. The JV reported around 30% growth during the October-December quarter of this fiscal. All Tata Starbucks stores are operated by the company itself. Tata Starbucks sources more than 90% of the coffee from Tata Coffee.
